As long as you are still able to request a refund (ie: the time hasn't expired) then please open a ticket at the support desk and post your refund request there.
Please advise our support staff that you would like to request a refund.
Include the name of the product, the date purchased and your receipt/order reference number.
Physical Product Refunds:
If the product you ordered was shipped to you on DVD or CD-ROM, you will need to send the DVD/CD back to us at this address:

Please note: For security purposes, opened discs (with Cellophane wrapping removed) will NOT be granted refunds accept in instances where the disc provided proved faulty.
If you are returning a disc make sure to include your name, email address and order information with the product.
