If you would like to request a refund for a product first check that you are within the time limit under our refund guarantee. If your request is within the product guarantee period, please open a ticket at the support desk.
Choose 'Refund Request' from the drop down box.
Include as much information as possible with your ticket including:
Your Name
The Name Of The Product
The Date Purchased
Your Order/Transaction Reference Number
Please also provide any other supporting information about why you wish to refund the product etc. (The more information you supply us the faster we will be able to issue your refund.)
Please note: While we understand the nature of refunds and that not all our products are suitable for all buyers needs we actively block 'serial refunders' to prevent fraudulent activity.
If we suspect fraudulent activity on any transaction(s) such as multiple/repeat or instant refund requests we will block you from purchasing products or services within our network of companies and report such transactions to our merchant processing partners.
If you are requesting the refund of a product resale license or service your license becomes void and you must no longer offer the product for sale. (Please note: We treat license infringement very seriously.)
If you are requesting a refund of software and certain information products please be aware that on refund we deactivate access licenses and the product will cease to function. |
